Guidelines
- The abstract should be submitted under the following headings - Study background; Study design; Methods; Results and Conclusion.
- Only one Table or Picture can be uploaded per abstract (optional).
- Kindly choose if you want your paper to be considered for the VTI medal session.
- Once it is uploaded, press the submit button on the screen.
- A dialogue box stating “Abstract has been submitted successfully” will appear indicating that your abstract has been successfully uploaded.
- Abstract submission will begin on 1 August 2024 and end on 3 October 2024.
- The selected abstracts will be announced on 31 October 2024.
- If your paper has been selected for a podium or poster presentation, you are required to register for the conference before 15th of November 2024. If the presenting author does not register by the 15th of November, the abstract will be considered as withdrawn.
